eCommerce analytics that connect marketing, sales and retention
ProScaleHub consolidates your store, advertising and email data in one place, so revenue, ad spend, ROAS, CAC and real profit are all read from the same numbers.
What it is
One platform, one set of numbers
A web platform that pulls data every day from a brand's store, ad accounts and email tool, normalises it, and presents it as dashboards, goal tracking and periodic client reports. Reports are written or reviewed by an account manager and can be shared through a link that does not require a login.
Integrations
Which sources does it connect?
Seven integrations, each synced daily through the platform's public API.
Shopify
Revenue, orders, average order value, product catalogue.
WooCommerce
Revenue and orders.
Meta Ads
Spend, campaigns, ad sets and ads.
Google Ads
Spend, campaigns and ads.
Google Analytics 4
Sessions, conversion and performance.
Klaviyo
Campaigns, automations and attributed revenue.
Mailerlite
Campaign performance.
These are technical integrations. They do not imply an official partnership with the platform vendors.
Metrics
What does it calculate?
Calculated directly
From the connected sources alone, with comparison to the previous period and the same period last year.
- Revenue
- Orders
- AOV
- Ad spend
- ROAS
- MER
- CPC
- CTR
- CPA
- Conversion rate
- CAC (new vs. returning)
- LTV
- Purchase frequency
- By channel
- By country
Requires additional data
- Real profit (revenue − VAT − variable costs − ad spend). Needs the brand's cost settings: product cost, packaging, shipping, other costs, transaction fees and VAT. Without them, profit is not shown.
- Variance against goals. Needs monthly and annual targets defined for the account.
Interpretation
How does it help read the numbers?
Periodic reports
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with KPIs, channel breakdown, top ads, goals vs. actual and written recommendations.
Account health score
A 0 to 100 score summarising the state of the account, reviewed by the account manager before it is shown.
Assistant
Ask questions about the account's own data. AI-assisted text editing keeps every figure unchanged.
Who it is for
Brands that run paid acquisition
eCommerce brands running paid acquisition (Meta and/or Google) on Shopify or WooCommerce, with email marketing, that want one consistent view of marketing, sales and retention. It is used by the brands managed by DDUA and by the account teams that work with them.
Limitations
What to know before relying on it
- Not self-service: access is provided through DDUA.
- Profit accuracy depends on the cost settings entered for each store.
- Data comes from each platform's API; figures can differ slightly from the platforms' own interfaces because of attribution windows and time zones.
- Magento is not supported.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is ProScaleHub a self-service product?
Not at the moment. It is the platform DDUA uses with the brands it manages, and access is provided as part of that work.
Does it calculate profit?
Yes, as real profit: revenue minus VAT, variable costs and advertising spend. It requires the store's cost settings (product, packaging, shipping, fees); without them the figure is not shown.
Which platforms does it connect to?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo and Mailerlite.
